Gleason wrote its’ first school district in 1956, and today we represent over 60 educational institutions for their property/casualty insurance needs.

In order to provide the best representation to our School District Customers-Gleason offers the following value-added services:

• PASBO Participation-Gleason attends every local chapter meeting, special event, and annual sales conference.
• Claims review-Gleason has an established interface with the PSBA Insurance trust to review outstanding claims on a regular basis.
• Safety Committees-Gleason establishes and trains safety committees in interested school districts to allow for not only a safe work environment but a 5% credit on their worker’s compensation insurance.
• Educational Seminars-Gleason periodically holds educational seminars on current topics. Our most recent seminar State Representative Jess Stairs, Chairman of the State Education Committee and local attorneys were featured. This seminar focused on school funding and school board liability issues.
• Coats for Students-Through the generous donations of Gleason employees, coats are purchased on an annual basis for needy students in our client school districts. Over 400 coats have been donated.
• PSBA Representation-Gleason has a seat on the PSBA Insurance Trust Advisory Board. This allow us to be an advocate for our customers. With over $9 million of premium in the program our voice is clearly heard.
