Steven J. Toto, CFP, joins Gleason Financial

Chris Gleason, president of Gleason Financial, is pleased to announce that Steven J. Toto, CFP, has joined Gleason in the Philadelphia office.

Steven has been assisting small business owners, high income, and high net worth individuals with their comprehensive financial planning needs since 1988.

Along with his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designations, his investment management qualifications include four NASD securities licenses. Steven also recently began his course of study for his Masters of Science program-Financial Analysis major-at the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado.

Steven is also pursuing the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).

Steven has been approved by the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a sponsor of continuing education programs for Certified Public Accountants (CPA). He has also been approved by the Internal Revenue Services an approved sponsor of continuing education programs for enrolled agents (EA). He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, the oldest and largest estate planning council in the United States.

Steven is a graduate of Rutgers College. He and his wife Nina live in Lower Makefield, Pennsylvania with their two children.

Matt Gyure promoted to Senior Account Manager

Chris Gleason, president of Gleason Financial, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Gyure to Senior Account Manager. "Matt is an important part of our team, and his hard work has paid off-we are proud to promote one of our own". Matt originally joined Gleason Financial in 2001. A licensed Life, Accident and Health Agent, Matt earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University. He also obtained the Human Resource Certification Institute's Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is pursuing his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Matt's experience has included working as a Benefits Specialist in the Human Resource department of MetLife and as an Account Manager in a group sales office for Assurant Employee Benefits (formerly Fortis Benefits).

Matt is responsible for maintaining insurance carrier relationships and marketing client coverages to the carriers. He is the agency liaison for clients to the carriers and does so with the highest level of integrity in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Matt is a native of Johnstown, where he currently resides with his wife, Samantha and son Barrett.
