The Service Team

Each account at Gleason Benefits is managed by a service team consisting of:

  • Senior Account Manager: The Senior Account Manager is responsible for  coordinating all aspects of each account. This includes analyzing data/ trend analysis/ risk managment and coordination with carriers to develop the most cost effective/comprehensive plan for the client.
  • Account Manager: The Account Manager works with the Senior Account Manager researching technical issues/troubleshooting problems and communicating with carriers. The Account manager conducts on-site meetings for employees/produces reports and analyzes trends.
  • Assistant Account Manager:  The Assistant Account Manager is an integral part of the team that provides support to the Senior Account Manager and Account Manager.

As a condition of employment all service personnel commit to achieving either a Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business or earn a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. Both require a strong committment.

Gleason is proud to say that many of our staff have both a Masters Degree as well as CEBS designations. Our service staff is first rate.
